This is probably the best post of 2009. Unfortunately, John Yoo is not a surprise. Him and his ilk are far too common.

I think the federal government has made the overt violation of the U.S. Constitution something akin to a tradition.

There seems to be something unfair that he is allowed to be free. Perhaps something worse, that he is allowed to teach.
